Strategy
We devise and direct the roadmap for trading, data and operations: what to build, what to buy, what to retire, in what order and at what cost.
Diligence
We assess platforms, managers and acquisition targets before you commit: execution quality, transaction costs, information leakage, and what breaks first under real volume.
Delivery
We lead the build end to end, including as interim CTO or Head of Trading: architecture, vendor selection, sequencing, and the decisions your team will live with.
Applied AI
We direct AI adoption across research, execution and operations, with the risk controls, security review and compliance evidence investors and auditors will ask for.
